Paintings by children with thalassemia done in September 2022

The children undergoing treatment for thalassemia at the thalassemia clinic are given art materials as part of an art project by Art India Foundation. They paint while they are at the clinic. What motivated them to paint is the electronic display at the clinic which shows images of shortlisted paintings by children and young adults from various Khula Aasmaan art contests. Necessary art materials are also made available to them at the clinic so that they can paint right there.

The children painted on several themes during the month of September 2022 at the thalassemia clinic. The themes include BEN 10 which is a cartoon character, butterfly, nature, sunrise, mobile app, Indian flag and Happy Diwali.
